PRAANA

Multi-sensory Meditation Device

Praana is a dedicated handheld interface designed to bring tangible focus and physiological calm to the practice of meditation. Addressing the common barriers of digital fatigue and the abstract nature of "energy work," Praana translates the internal experience of the 7 chakras into a physical,
multi-sensory dialogue.

The system centers on a tri-sensory "Energy Ball" experience. By synchronizing high-definition haptic pulses, tuned acoustic frequencies (Hz), and peripheral chromotherapy, the device provides a physical anchor for the mind. Each of the seven modes is calibrated to a specific chakra, allowing the user to not only visualize but literally feel the shift in frequency, from the deep grounding throb of the Root to the ethereal, high-vibrational shimmer of the Crown.

Rather than relying on a smartphone or a screen, PRAANA prioritizes presence and tactile mastery. The device functions as a screen-free "Sacred Object," adapting the technology available in SoC (System-on-a-Chip) to ensure zero-latency synchronization between touch, sound, and light. This multisensory entrainment works to "override" the sympathetic nervous system, guiding the body into a state of neural coherence and deep relaxation in minutes.

More than a wellness gadget, Praana reframes meditation as a tangible interaction. By turning ancient philosophy into a handheld reality, the design supports a consistent routine of stillness, transforming the abstract pursuit of mindfulness into a concrete, repeatable experience.
